We are proud to share that our Innovation & Development Engineer, Eng. Ariel González Batista MS, presented his research paper at the IEEE 2025 World Symposium on Machine Learning and Computing (MLMC 2025), held from December 3-5 in Boca Raton, Florida, USA.

The IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) is the world’s largest technical professional organization.

The research focused on a predictive model (Machine Learning) for employee retention in organizations.

At this World Symposium, approximately 80 research papers were presented by leading scientific agencies, companies, and universities, including DARPA, NASA, Microsoft, Amazon, Sony, Hitachi, and Lockheed Martin, among others.
